We offer shipping to any commercial or residential address in the contiguous United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. We are also familiar with international shipping. Once your order is processed, packed and ready to go, we will forward you shipping information a tracking number via email.

Please note: a non-refundable processing and handling fee of $10.00 will be added to every order. For residents of Los Angeles that are within a 10 mile radius of our showroom, we offer a delivery and installation service for a fee.


We do our best to show the most accurate digital images and colors of merchandise possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors and factors out of our control, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Please be advised that in some cases patterns and colors may vary according to size. All sizes are approximate.

If in any case the rug you ordered is back-ordered, or not available for immediate shipping, a representative from The Rug Warehouse will contact you within 48 hours of your order to let you know. If you wish to cancel your order at this time, we will void the charge with no penalty.


We have a 7 day return policy for all online orders (custom orders are non-refundable, see below). You must notify us via email within the 7 days, a written approval will be granted, then you may return the item.

If you decide the ordered item is not right for you, please do not physically return it to our showroom. Instead, use our contact information ( to email us and a representative will respond to approve the shipping process. Once we receive the rug, it will be inspected and when determined to be in new condition, we will refund your credit card.

Custom orders are considered FINAL SALE from the time the order is placed by the customer. Any custom orders which are cancelled, for whatever reason, are nonrefundable and subject to forfeiture of entire deposits or 50% of total invoice, whichever is higher. The amount of forfeiture will be at the discretion of The Rug Warehouse.

Please note: processing & handling fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.

Notes on returns:

  • Do not fold, staple or tape any surfaces of the item or rug
  • The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it will be refused.
  • No returns will be accepted without a written approval from The Rug Warehouse.
  • Returns that are shipped to the wrong address will incur additional freight costs and a 20% service fee.
  • No returns will be accepted after the 7-day trial period has expired.
